the service was excellant in so much as the staff spotted the fact that I had already tried to order the pillow cases but I thought that the order had not gone thro so I rang and ordered the 400 count which was what i I wanted originally.Two hours later I got a call to ask me which thread count I favoured.THATS REAL SERVICE!
