After I ordered a flat sheet that was on offer, and being told to expect it shortly, I was phoned and informed that it was out of stock. The company apologised and refunded me my money. I have bought sheets in the past and have been very satisfied. I will order again soon.

Customer service is fantastic at Belledorm. I could not find these on the website and they tracked them down and substituted them into my order. Staff are friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want Deliveries always come very fast and when they say they will. You get a slot allocated on the day which is very helpful
