Belledorm provide a fabulously quick service. I ordered them on-line and the sheets arrived a couple of days later. They also keep you informed about the progress of your order. the service was excellant in so much as the staff spotted the fact that I had already tried to order the pillow cases but I thought that the order had not gone thro so I rang and ordered the 400 count which was what i I wanted originally.Two hours later I got a call to ask me which thread count I favoured.THATS REAL SERVICE!

The items are well packaged - both individually and in the box. The prices have risen recently but hasn't everything - they're still worth the expense.
