I could not find on the website a description that I was familiar with of some pillowcases that I required. I used the email service to explain what I wanted and I received a very prompt reply with availability of the item and a useful link. I do not quite understand why the description of a pillowcase has changed, nonetheless, I ordered and received the pillowcases the next day. I am extremely pleased with the service and the quality of bedlinen supplied by Belledorm. I have purchased from them previously and will continue doing so when the need arises.
Easy website to navigate with no problem applying a discount code at checkout. Quick delivery. Ordered several items and they all despatched within the one box.. An error in one of the items being wrongly sent was quickly rectified by the team. Will purchase again in the future.
Excellent product
Website, ease of checkout were good, delivery was within the time specified. Packaging was sound but my only slight grievance was that the free gift I was promised didn't materialise
