Quick delivery, good quality duvet set
I wanted to leave a 5 star rating for Belledorm since the products which they sent are of excellent quality, but their delivery company is unbelievably incompetent. Instead of driving down my driveway and leaving my package at the house, as all other deliveries are made, they dropped off my order in the garbage box at the entrance to my driveway. I've lived here for over 20 years and that has never happened before. If it had been a waste collection day the council would have picked it up and taken it to the tip!
I always by from Belledorm in the Lowry. I ever buy any other bedding including Quilts from anywhere else because i think that Belledorms quality is the finest.
As a new visitor to the website I found it a little confusing, so many options and different prices. Not concise enough for me. Check out easy enough items were very well packed and came within a decent timeframe.

Quality throw.Exactly as described.Joined mailing list to receive extra 10% off which didn't happen. Phoned Customer Service and Chris Saunders sorted it out for me straight away.Very helpful. Next day delivery.I wasn't in so normally parcels left with neighbours in thus instance returned to a PO miles away and had ro wait over weekend before could pick up. Still receiving messages to pick it up.Belledorm Service great however their delivery company let them down.
