Slightly difficult to navigate website. Delivery was slow. Certainly not the next day, as promised.

We can see you ordered on Saturday 29th June and you received your order on Tuesday 2nd July, this is as per our delivery time frame, Orders placed before 3.30pm Mon-Fri, will be despatched the same day and delivered the next working day between 7am-9pm, Mon-Fri. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday for a next day delivery on the Tuesday. We hope to welcome you back to belledorm in the near future.
