I spoke to someone on the phone and they were really helpful. The items I wanted were originally out of stock but as soon they were back in stock I got a notification and ordered straight away. Within 3 days we received the items.
I had my order down for collection from my nearest store but then found out the store had been closed down for quite a while. Contacted Belledorm regarding this, they then contacted the courier to update and redirected my items to another store for collection. Excellent customer care. Thank you
Good communication and delivery
There was a vast variety of linens to choose from in colours and styles to suit any decor. The products I purchased appear to be well made and being in the sale meant they are excellent value for money. Ordering was simple and I was kept up to date with the progress and delivery of the order which arrived within a few days. A prompt and efficient service !
